What Is Triple Vitality?

Triple Vitality is a complete system that strengthens the body, restores energetic flow, and trains the mind and spirit to remain steady under pressure.

You’ll work through three integrated pillars:

1. Self-Defense

Build physical resilience and energetic protection.

  • Qi Fitness for strength and stamina

  • Bone and joint conditioning

  • Martial tools and martial dance

  • Movement that trains awareness, balance, and power

2. Meridian Healing

Restore circulation, organ vitality, and internal balance.

  • Medical Qigong practices

  • Acupressure for self-healing

  • Magnets and micro-current applications

  • Techniques you can use immediately at home

3. Spirit Warrior

Train your nervous system to stay regulated, grounded, and present.

  • Sunrise and sunset rituals

  • Nighttime regeneration practices

  • Walking and dancing meditation

  • Embodied presence and emotional resilience

What a Day Looks Like

Every day follows a rhythm designed to support your biology and energy.

Morning

Sunrise Gratitude, Egyptian Yoga, and Kemetic Qigong

Daily Training

Four 90-minute classes per day covering movement, healing, and integration

Evening

Sing. Drum. Dance. Release. Restore.

This is where the body resets and the nervous system learns safety again.
